Here at Goodnature.co.nz we deliver throughout New Zealand and we'll do our best to get your order to you in the fastest and most cost effective way possible - there's nothing worse than playing the waiting game, especially if you've got a pest problem.

We use PBT to ship all standard orders even those extra bulky items.
If you're just refreshing your lure or you don't need much. We'll put your stuff in a courier trackpack bag. This will be a $5.00 flat rate anywhere in New Zealand.
If you're getting a couple of traps and your order's slightly plumper and fits in a small box you'll pay a $9.00 flat rate. By a small box, we mean a box you can carry with ease, using only one arm if you're game!
For those of you who are really getting into controlling your pest problem and spending over $500. You'll receive the option of free freight at checkout.
All our orders are sent with a track and trace number. You'll get your tracking number once we've completed your order and it's on its way to you.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot ship to a PO BOX address.
Hassle free returns
We are happy to accept the return of any items if sent back within seven days of the delivery confirmation date.
All Products returned must be in their original condition and packaging (except for defective or faulty Products for which you are claiming a repair, replacement or refund under clause 4 of our wider terms and conditions which must be read in conjunction with this summary) along with any accompanying accessories and an explanation for returning the Products.
