COVID 19 - What it means for Goodnature

Due to the impacts of COVID-19 in NZ, the Goodnature team are all working from home. For most parts of our business; product development, finance, sales, marketing and our care team, we are operating as normal, just from home. However, for the interim and due to the specialist processes and equipment which cannot be relocated to homes, as well as for the health and safety of our production team, Goodnature is currently unable to operate our production facility or supply product, as per the guidance of the New Zealand Government.
COVID 19 - What it means for Goodnature

Wow, what a crazy few weeks it’s been! The Coronavirus has shaken the entire world, and it was only a matter of time before it made it to our little island paradise. We’re sticking to all government advice and staying home, which has a few implications for our production team..check out below.

An update on your orders

We've now had word from the NZ government that we will enter Level 3 next Tuesday, 27 April. This means we'll be able to have a skeleton team in HQ producing and shipping your orders. This will happen slower than usual, as we have limited capacity, but we're excited to get back in to work.

Orders that were placed during Level 4 should be dispatched within 2-3 weeks of returning to work. This means you can expect them before the 15th of May. We'll keep you updated if anything changes, but at this stage we're optimistic about getting all of your orders shipped.

We're still working, but from home

Due to the impacts of COVID-19 in NZ, the Goodnature team are all working from home. For most parts of our business; product development, finance, sales, marketing and our care team, we are operating as normal, just from home.

Our support team are ready and waiting

We will still be available for support where needed. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have about our products, how they work, warranty issues, placing of orders, or anything else you may need, as well as of course the impacts of this shut down.

We're still taking orders

We have a good supply of raw materials and a full team of people who will quickly scale up production and supply of products once we are able to. We are still taking orders from our customers around New Zealand and around the world and are aware that for some of our customers, you remain open and selling product. What many of our customers don't know is that all our items are made to order, so during this time all pre-orders placed with us here on the website or through our support team will be scheduled for production in the order they are received.

At this stage we plan to resume production from Tuesday 28 April. When we have further guidance from the New Zealand Government about timing, we will reach out once more.

We trust you will stay safe, and at home during this time. We’re really looking forward to being up and running soon.
